1. Heard.2. This appeal arises out of the order dated 1.9.2014 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sagar (for short the €˜District Commission€™) in CC No.27/2013 whereby while disposing of the complaint the District Commission has issued following directions to the appellant :-€œLANGUAGE€2. Having gone through the aforesaid directions we find no infirmity in the order.3. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in compliance of the aforesaid directions in the impugned order the appellant had submitted the documents to the respondent / Insurance Company on 29.9.2014 and 30.9.2014. He submits that he has got receipt of the same also. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that inspite of the submission of the documents till date the claim has not been decided.4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no instructions whether the documents as stated to have been given after passing of the impugned order have been received or not.5. Be that as it may, since the appellant has challenged the order and the matter is before this Commission instead of commenting as to why the decision has not been taken on the documents, which have been said to be provided to the respondent in terms of the impugned order we direct the respondent / Insurance Company to take appropriate decision on the basis of the documents as stated to be sent by the appellant to the respondent within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The appellant is also permitted to supply fresh set of documents along with copy of this order before the respondent.6. Needless to say that it will be open for the appellant / com
