1. The instant petition has been preferred by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 for redressal of his grievances. However, at the outset of moving the instant O.A., Mr. D.N. Sarma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant prays for a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 21.05.2018 submitted by the applicant within a time frame.
2. By accepting the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without going into the merit of the case as well as without issuing notice to the respondents, I prefer to direct the respondent authority to dispose of the pending appeal of the applicant dated 21.05.2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of receipt copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that, whatever decision to be arrived by the Respondent Authorities, shall be reasoned and speaking and shall be communicated to the Applicant forthwit
