PROVISIONS OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE WITH RESPECT TO COGNIZABLE OFFENCES TO APPLY TO OFFENCES UNDER ACT
In the absence of any provision to the contrary in this Act, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, with respect to cognizable offences shall apply to offences under this Act].
